Why I Created Amplifiz

For 22 years, I worked in the corporate world and focused on driving results, building teams, scaling organizations and progressing in my career. I was “all about business” and networking was optional “if I had time.”

But I came to realize a few important lessons:

• We are much more than the job we do today and the most important "project" we will ever work on is ourselves.
• Growth requires us to let different functions, talents, perspectives and organizations challenge our beliefs.
• We never truly “find” time. We have to make time for the things that matter.
• If we want to inspire others to change, we must first be willing to change ourselves.

Many Pharma & MedTech professionals face the same challenges. They are constantly busy, surrounded by noise and operating in an increasingly complex and volatile environment. Priorities keep shifting, reactive “firefighting” becomes the norm, and finding time to step back, learn, connect and think strategically can feel almost impossible.

I created Amplifiz to help change that.

My ambition is to help maximize the potential of Pharma and MedTech professionals by creating opportunities to:

• Find greater purpose, clarity and direction in their professional journey
• Become a better version of themselves
